Landlord / Tenant Proceedings

Mr. Salvi has given seminars in this area of law, sponsored by the Suffolk County Bar Association, to other practicing attorneys for continuing legal education (CLE) credit.  Mr. Salvi has a long time reputation as a seasoned veteran of the Landlord Tenant Courts.  He has represented hundreds of Landlords in Summary Proceeding actions involving residential and commercial property in non-payment and hold over proceedings.  Mr. Salvi has also litigated Summary Proceeding appeals and Orders to Show Cause seeking to Stay eviction proceeds, in the Supreme Court.  Mr. Salvi is well know by the legal community as extremely knowledgeable and highly respected in this area of practice.  While Mr. Salvi represents predominantly Landlords, he will on occasion represent a Tenant with a bonafide legal defense.
